Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

1. Service Nature & No-Refund Policy

MH Consulting Group provides professional digital marketing and Meta advertising services. Due to the immediate allocation of labor, strategy development, and creative resources, all fees paid are non-refundable. Once work has commenced or a billing cycle has begun, the service is considered rendered.

2. Cancellation & Notice Period

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Standard Notice: Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all cancellations require a 30-day written notice.

Billing: You will be billed for any service days falling within the 30-day notice window.

3. Month-to-Month vs. Fixed-Term Agreements

We offer both flexible and commitment-based service structures. The specific terms of your engagement are dictated by your signed Service Agreement:

Month-to-Month: Services renew automatically every 30 days until a cancellation notice is provided.

Fixed-Term Commitments: If you have signed a contract for a specific duration (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months), you are committed to the full term of that agreement. Early termination of a fixed-term contract does not entitle the client to a refund of the remaining balance.

4. Meta Ad Spend

All advertising spend is paid directly to Meta Platforms, Inc. MH Consulting Group does not collect, manage, or refund ad spend budgets. Any disputes regarding ad spend must be resolved directly with Meta.

5. Contractual Precedence

This policy serves as a general guideline. In the event of any conflict between this webpage and a duly executed Service Agreement (Contract) signed by both parties, the terms of the signed Contract shall prevail.
